Lots into Australia – obviously! And across Australia.  Most of our corporate relocations have been from Europe, Asia and Africa.  We have moved many people out of Australia too.

In the last 4 years we have relocated people who we never got to meet face to face, some across America and Europe. America to New Zealand, South Africa to New Zealand, Singapore to Malaysia, Singapore to Los Angeles, the list goes on…

The early we are talking the more advice we can impart.  We are usually in contact with you from the time you lodge your visa.  It is not unusual for us to be in contact just a few short weeks in advance or a year in advance.

Once the visa is lodged, we can start with the furniture quotes and any other services required.  That way, by the time your visa is approved, we can lock in the services, prices and set the relocation timeline.

Relocation is not complete until the pet arrives!  Moving a pet is tricky, and very time sensitive, but yes we can arrange this on your behalf too.

Yes, of course.  Flights are not something we arrange, only because we do not believe we can bring you great deals.  We are happy to work with any of your suppliers both internally and externally to your business.

Simply, NO.  We are not influenced by any product of service.  If we were influenced then we could not offer you a full range of service options – you/we would not have the freedom we need.  There are times when we might charge a Project management fee to cover our time and administration, but this will always be outlined in our quote before commencing.

What is the difference between Accompanied and Unaccompanied? 2017-10-02T23:13:57+00:00

With an Accompanied service we will collect you from your hotel and drive you to each and every home inspection. It’s a lot easier for you than trying to navigate yourself, and besides, we get to chat to along the way!

Unaccompanied, we will make all the appointments for you, and you can make your own way to the inspections via hired car or public transport.

That depends on how much support you might need.  We will always conduct a Needs Assessment with you (free) to understand how much you already know, or where you need the most support.

Our hourly rate has a minimum of 5 hours or you can choose a package program that offers unlimited hours.
